Visitor Information

  • Members enter free - Join here!
  • Parking is free and your admission fee allows entry to London Bus Museum and Brooklands Museum (The Concorde Experience and 4D theatre are extra)
  • There are reserved disabled parking spaces near the Brooklands Museum entrance
  • Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or older) throughout their visit
  • No dogs or other pets are allowed on the Brooklands site (which includes the London Bus Museum) except for registered assistance dogs. Assistance dogs should wear an identifiable harness/jacket where applicable.
  • The London Bus Museum is completely flat with a ramped entrance. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are welcome.  A lift is available for visitors to the mezzanine floor
  • Children on push scooters are welcome but e-scooters and e-bikes are not permitted within the Museum
  • There is a buggy park just inside the entrance
  • There are accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities in the Museum in the far corner near the Childrens' Area

Winter 2025/2026 opening times

    • Mondays : open 11am to 4pm
    • Other days : open 10am to 4pm

To ensure you get the most out of your day with us:

    • last entry at Brooklands main entrance is 1pm
    • last entry to London Bus Museum is 2.45pm

Shillibeer Place - our Museum Shop is open when Museum is open (and online 24/7)

Bus Rides run at weekends and every day during Surrey school holidays, subject to buses and crews being available ~ phone to check 01932 837994

Upgrade your admission fee !

  • Your admission fee can be refunded if you join the London Bus Preservation Trust when you visit the museum and complete a Direct Debit authorisation !
  • Complete the Direct Debit authorisation with your application and attach your Brooklands Museum online booking print-out or till receipt* to the forms to receive the reduction on your first year’s membership.

* If you pay at Brooklands Reception, please ask for a receipt so that you can do this.

  • Please note that as of 1st January 2026, Brooklands Museum only accept card payment Admissions.
  • Please note children 16 years and under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 years and over), with a valid ticket or membership, at all times.

  • Prices in brackets include a voluntary 10% Gift Aid donation which enables Brooklands Museum to reclaim tax on the whole ticket price under Gift Aid.  You can choose not to include the donation when you buy your tickets.
