How do I contact the London Bus Museum Shop?

Use the form in the “Contact” tab in the Green Bar near the top of each page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit or debit cards using WorldPay.

Will I receive confirmation that you have received my order?

Yes. You will receive confirmation from the web site, and if you paid by WorldPay from that site too. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly. You should receive a confirmation email within an hour. If you do not, please click here to make an enquiry giving full details of your order.

When will I receive my order?

After your payment has cleared, we aim to dispatch your order within 7 days. Please allow up to 28 days to receive your goods.  If you do not, please click here to make an enquiry giving full details of your order.

What are the delivery costs?

We send parcels by Royal Mail and delivery cost is based on the weight and/or size of the goods.

Items over £10 (approx) will be sent “Royal Mail signed for”. International orders will all be sent ”signed for”

What is your returns policy? How do I exchange an item?

We adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations and will accept returns providing items are unused, unopened and in their original wrapping. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded as required. See "Terms and Conditions" for our full returns policy, and details on how to return goods.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can see your order status by looking in the “Your Account” tab at the bottom of each page.

How are prints packaged?

They are sent in strong cardboard tubes

Are the DVDs universal?

They are Region 2 only, unless otherwise stated.

Where can I find the London Bus Museum shop?

The shop is part of the London Bus Museum, at Brooklands.

It is currently only open on some event days (see our event page for forthcoming events).

Can I come to the shop without visiting the museum?

The shop is not accessible without entering the Brooklands Museum site, for which an entrance fee is payable. Please note the London Bus Museum Shop is currently only open on some event days (see our events page for forthcoming events).

LBPT members are admitted free of charge except on Premium Events days when a charge is made.

I have seen a product in your shop but cannot find it on your website. Can I still order it?

Why shop with us?

We aim to be competitive with our prices and all profits support the London Bus Preservation Trust, the running of the London Bus Museum, and the preservation/restoration of its vehicles and artefacts.
