Following the latest Government restrictions, now affecting most of Surrey, the London Bus Museum will be closed from Saturday 19 December until further notice. During December, the Museum floor was cleared and many buses temporarily stored on the Brooklands Finishing Straight. The floor was cleared of small exhibits and then cleaned. The major Refresh of the London Bus Museum has begun. Work started on a small scale with volunteers moving curatorial and donated items to their new homes. The aim is to clear the interior in order to gain access to all parts and thus some buses are now temporarily parked
