Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of London Bus Museum Ltd online shop (www.londonbusmuseum.com/shop).

Please read through these terms and conditions carefully. You will be required to accept these terms and conditions in order to complete the ordering process on londonbusmuseum.com/shop. If you do access the website, and / or place an order, by doing so you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

How to order

All orders must be placed online through the website using the shopping basket facility provided.

No responsibility can be taken by London Bus Museum Ltd for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website.

You are required to register with us to enable your order to be processed. (see Data Protection and Privacy, below)

Method of payment

You can pay by credit card or debit card through WorldPay.  Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.

Delivery

We always try to despatch your order within 7 working days of your payment clearing, however please allow 28 days for delivery. If you have not received your order within 28 days please advise us by filling our web enquiry form here

If you order more than one product, they may be despatched separately and arrive with you at different times.

We recommend orders over £10 (approx) should be sent “Royal Mail signed for”. International orders will all be sent ”signed for”

Our delivery charges

We send parcels by Royal Mail and delivery cost is based on the weight and/or size of the goods.

We reserve the right to use other carriers if more appropriate.

We only accept orders from

Australia, Canada, European Union, Hungary, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland,  UK (incl Channel Islands, Isle of Man) and the USA.

Pricing and availability

If one of our products is out of stock or unavailable we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative delivery date.

Returns policy

We aim to meet the Distance Selling Regulations and every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving their goods. If you wish to cancel your order please use our website enquiry form as soon as possible, but at the latest within 7 days of receiving your goods. If the goods had already been dispatched, you must return them as soon as possible to the address below.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packing, unopened and any seals, shrink-wrap etc intact, within 14 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s).

Items for return must be unused, in their original packaging and must be accompanied by the original delivery note. This does not apply in the case of faulty goods.

Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery.

Refunds

Refunds (excluding delivery charge) will be made by the method you originally used for the purchase. ie WorldPay or cheque.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. Please use our website contact form entering your complaint in the comments are.

We aim to acknowledge a complaint by email within 7 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter.

Data protection and Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy. Any details you provide to us (London Bus Museum Ltd) when registering, which could identify you personally, are held and processed lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will collect personal contact information from you (including name, email address, delivery address and telephone number) for the fulfilment of your order. No financial information is stored by us.
