In summary, the purposes of the AGM are to elect or confirm Trustees; to receive Reports from Trustees and the Financial Statement for 2018; to elect auditors; and to conduct any further competent business. The Agenda, Financial Statement and Minutes of the 2018 AGM, will be circulated to members no later than one month before the meeting.
