The Museum’s phone number is 01932 837994. Your call will be answered during opening hours and our duty volunteers will do their best to answer your enquiry. Please note that the Museum’s officers are all volunteers and mostly work from home, so it may not be possible to speak immediately to the appropriate person. Our duty volunteers will always see to it that any message is passed on but, in many cases, an email message (see below) will elicit a quicker response.

If you are a Member of the Museum Trust and have a query about your membership, please log in to the Members’ area (click on the bus stop on the left-hand side) from where you can email the Membership Manager direct. If you do not yet have a password for the Members’ area (or have forgotten it), you can request one by emailing us your name and membership number here.
For all non-membership enquiries, you can email us by clicking here. If you wish your message to be passed to a particular person, please mention the name in your message.
