The Museum’s newly-restored RT2775 won the Outright Concours d’Elegance at the 2012 HCVS Brighton Run on Sunday, a great tribute to the skilled volunteers who put the bus back to its original condition. In addition to receiving the award for “best in show”, 2775 was also awarded The Modern Transport Trophy (Double-Deck Buses built since 1946) & The AEC Trophy (The Best Badged AEC on the Run).
