Bob Bailey, the Museum’s Schools Liaison Officer, is establishing a Schools Education Programme involving, not only visits to the Museum by school parties, but also the Museum going out, sometimes with a bus, to local schools. It is envisaged that there will be attractions in the Museum specifically aimed at schoolchildren, including the presence of a uniformed conductor with ticket-machine etc.
